I enjoy working with clients in the technology industry (including software and consumer management), as well as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, agriculture, and energy and resource industries.
Some of my specializations include global structuring and value chain analysis, U.S. and global transfer pricing documentation, audit support, unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements, provision review, pre-acquisition due diligence, and post-acquisition structuring.
I am particularly proud to serve China-based companies and provide leadership to MGO China — and I’m proactive in my approach supporting collaborations between companies in the United States and China for utmost benefit to both parties. Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, I also work closely with Chinese tax advisors and law firms to optimize my Greater China region clients’ after-tax profits.
