As a trusted and seasoned leader in global professional services, I have served as a strategic business advisor to numerous private equity firms, C-suite executives, corporate boards, and global organizations. I have advised clients on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the U.S. and Latin America. My experience includes a broad spectrum of industries, with a focus on the beverage, fintech, automotive, and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining MGO, I spent four decades working with one of largest accounting firms in the world — assisting private equity and corporate acquirers and sellers to successfully execute transactions. I have led or participated in all aspects of the transaction cycle. During my tenure, the strategy and transaction business doubled in size with revenues exceeding $3 billion. I led the buildout of the strategy, restructuring, investment banking, and infrastructure practices.
I lived and worked in Brazil for five years, and I am fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. I am also a competitive triathlete and powerlifter, holding several powerlifting records in Florida and competing at the international level.
